Description: This first of its kind project in San Jose consisted of converting an existing non-descript used clothing store into a beautiful open-ceiling sixteen thousand square foot billiard hall with a full kitchen, full service bar, and architectural interior.

The project was not only an architectural success, but also a successful business enterprise since it's opening. We performed the selective demolition, seismic retrofit, and the entire build-out. We were pleased to be able to contribute to the architectural design by working closely with the architect.
