Location: Downtown San Jose
Client: The Vestry of the Trinity Cathedral
Description: Renovation of roof and removal of non-historic items. Return roof to 1860 configuration. Add fire treated shingles to emulate original. Add fire sprinkler system on design build basis to blend in with historic detailing. Stabilize siding by epoxy consolidation, prep and paint entire structure. Add concrete, brick, and marble handicap ramp. Analyze mechanical system and make recommendation on air circulation. Add copper sheet metal, downspouts, and gutters, to match historic detailing. Perform minor seismic upgrades.
