Description: This extensive remodel of this seven-story 70’s vintage building included the demolition of existing pool, sidewalks, fencing, and trees. The construction of a high-end boardroom, the addition of a new sauna, operating office improvements, the upgrade of the entire façade, the addition of patio and café seating, kitchen exhaust and cooler upgrades, relocation of a PGE transformer, and landscaping.
